A week or so ago, we published an analysis of market valuation the premise of which was based on future earnings. We continue to support the bullish view for equity markets based on earnings growth:
Earnings estimates are usually a little optimistic, but revisions so far have been muted suggesting stronger earnings well into 2018. And this, in our opinion, bodes well for equity markets.
